No – Our state of the art filtration media provides superior filtration with industry leading air resistance numbers. Our filters have airflow rates similar to MERV 2 (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) but provide filtration levels similar to MERV 15 or 16 (16 is the highest MERV rating).

HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration is excellent filtration. The problem with true HEPA filters is that they severely restrict airflow and many HVAC systems can’t handle those restrictions. HEPA filters are also very expensive to use and replace. The Peak Health program utilizes filters that do not severely restrict the airflow thru the HVAC system and therefore do not strain the system so the HVAC can function as designed – while providing superior sub-micron particulate filtration that leaves your facility Allergy friendly, Asthma Friendly and virtually dust free.
